Empowering RRU Students to Shine Beyond Campus - A skill development session

                     At Rashtriya Raksha University, Puducherry Campus, we believe in more than just academic excellence; we aim to provide students with the skills they need to excel in the real world as part of this vision. 

                     As part of this vision, Campus organized a program to enrich students' soft skills.  The campus initiative was a remarkable journey that shaped our students' future by preparing them for success beyond graduation. The focus of our training program was to equip students with a wide array of professional skills. A selected group of experienced professionals from different industries, each bringing expertise. Providing students with access to knowledge from various domains And ensuring they gain a broad perspective and practical understanding will help them thrive in the workplace.

Vickram S K: Mastering Communication’s Dimensions

            Communication is a fundamental skill in any profession, and one of the key experts, Mr.Vickram S K. With over two decades of experience across sectors such as defense, aerospace, telecom, and automotive, Vickram brought invaluable insights into communication's role in the workplace. As the recipient of the prestigious ‘Best Innovation’ Award from Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam and a leader at Aarti Shikshati Training and Consultancy, his session on August 14th was both insightful and transformative.

Dinesh Balaji: Negotiation Skills and Beyond

            Negotiation is an essential skill for today’s professionals, and Dinesh Balaji, a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) and PRINCE2 Agile® certified trainer shared his wealth of knowledge on this topic. With over 16 years of experience in engineering, process improvement, and stakeholder management, Dinesh led a captivating session on August 15th. 

Gayathry Rajagopalan: Interview Excellence and Gamification

         To bring a fresh and engaging perspective to our training program, Ms. Gayathry Rajagopalan is an accomplished L&D leader with 16 years of expertise in talent acquisition, HR, and behavioral training. Gayathry’s sessions added creative value to the program, including “Onset for Interview” on September 21st, where she helped students master interview strategies. A gamified session on December 21st introduced fun and interactive ways to teach critical skills.

Priya Ganesh: Leadership and Presentation Excellence

                Mrs. Priya Ganesh has been invited to deliver comprehensive training sessions. She coordinated the sessions and took on the role of a trainer. With over 11 years of corporate experience as a motivational speaker and communication coach, I led a session focused on Presentation Skills. On August 14th, students participated in interactive exercises that helped them hone their ability to deliver impactful and professional presentations.
