Negotiation is an essential skill for today’s professionals, and Dinesh Balaji, a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) and PRINCE2 Agile® certified trainer shared his wealth of knowledge on this topic. With over 16 years of experience in engineering, process improvement, and stakeholder management, Dinesh led a captivating session on August 15th.
Gayathry Rajagopalan: Interview Excellence and Gamification
To bring a fresh and engaging perspective to our training program, Ms. Gayathry Rajagopalan is an accomplished L&D leader with 16 years of expertise in talent acquisition, HR, and behavioral training. Gayathry’s sessions added creative value to the program, including “Onset for Interview” on September 21st, where she helped students master interview strategies. A gamified session on December 21st introduced fun and interactive ways to teach critical skills.
Mrs. Priya Ganesh has been invited to deliver comprehensive training sessions. She coordinated the sessions and took on the role of a trainer. With over 11 years of corporate experience as a motivational speaker and communication coach, I led a session focused on Presentation Skills. On August 14th, students participated in interactive exercises that helped them hone their ability to deliver impactful and professional presentations.
