In a significant step toward strengthening India’s corporate security and intelligence ecosystem, PULSE-R24: The Daily Corporate Intelligence Bulletin was officially launched on November 21, 2025, with circulation commencing on December 1, 2025. This landmark initiative stands as a testament to innovation, academic excellence, and strategic foresight demonstrated by the students of Security and Corporate Intelligence Management (SCIM) at Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU), Puducherry Campus, in collaboration with the International Society for Security Professionals (ISSP).
PULSE-R24 delivers forward-looking intelligence updates on emerging risks, security developments, and events impacting business continuity and organizational resilience across India. The bulletin is designed to support informed decision-making by providing timely, relevant, and actionable insights for corporate and security leaders.
The platform continuously monitors critical domains and presents context-driven intelligence aligned with organizational risk profiles and operational priorities. By enabling proactive assessment rather than reactive response, PULSE-R24 strengthens preparedness in an increasingly complex risk environment.

This initiative is the vision of Mr. John Paul Manickam, a highly respected professional in the corporate security domain, with strong support from Mr. Rahul Ethirajan. The dedicated efforts of the SCIM students of RRU, Puducherry Campus played a key role in shaping and executing this initiative.
The project was guided by Mr. Arsh G, Campus Director, and academically strengthened by Mr. Sharuhasan Shankar, Course Coordinator, whose mentorship ensured analytical depth, structure, and professional quality.
With ISSP’s legacy of credibility and PULSE-R’s intelligence-driven approach, this initiative stands as a significant contribution toward strengthening India’s corporate security ecosystem.
