We are happy to announce that Rashtriya Raksha University Puducherry Campus started the "MISSION KARMAYOGI - PUDUCHERRY". Mission Karmayogi, a National Program for Civil Services Capacity Building, was developed by Prime Minister Modi. It involves three transitions: transforming government officials' mindset from karmacharis to karmayogis, redefining workplace performance using the Means, Motives and Opportunity framework, and shifting the public HR management system from rule-based to role-based.
Under the Karmayogi Mission RRU Puducherry campus done a MOU with Puducherry police department to upskill and the capacity building program to the police officers Puducherry.
The first day of program started at 1st august of 2024. Mr. Nethaji Subash, Assistant Professor of Criminology, started the session. This presentation is about understanding Mission Karmayogi. Through his thorough explanation, officer of Puducherry Police understand the motto and vision of the Karmayogi Mission – heralding a new era in public administration in India.
The technical session on the first day was delivered by Mr. Sankarraj Subramaniam, the founder of Prompt Infotech. He leads the discussion on cybercrime investigations and cybersecurity. He discussed the most common cyber security errors made nationwide in the morning session, along with the basic principles of search engine data collection, crawling, and indexing.
He covered the topic of preventing cybercrime in the second technical session. And, Taught the latest concept and technics to understand the cyber crime and its preventions.
The day concluded with policemen from police training schools (16) and police department (33).
