The RRU Puducherry Campus recently organized a dynamic public event as part of Vigilance Awareness Week, to raise awareness about vigilance and the impact of corruption. Students brought energy and attention to the event with a vibrant flash mob dance performance, drawing in a crowd and setting an engaging tone. Following the flash mob, a team of students performed a powerful mime act, creatively portraying the harmful effects of corruption and the importance of vigilance in society.
After the performances,
campus faculty interacted with the public, facilitating meaningful
conversations about vigilance and ways to combat corruption at both personal
and societal levels. Pamphlets with information on vigilance and
anti-corruption measures were also distributed to the public to encourage
ongoing awareness and discussion.
To conclude, RRU
Puducherry students, along with members of the public, took a solemn pledge to
uphold vigilance and resist corruption. This event not only heightened
awareness but also inspired a commitment to integrity and accountability in the
community.
