Republic day Celebration at RRU, Puducherry Campus

               The 76th Republic Day was celebrated with great pride and fervor at the RRU Puducherry Campus, marking a significant occasion in the nation’s history. The event was graced by the esteemed presence of Dr. Mahesh A. Tripathi, Director of SBSFI, RRU Gujarat, who was the chief guest for the day. The celebrations began with the hoisting of the national flag, an iconic moment that resonated with the spirit of patriotism. 

Students then participated in a vibrant march-past, marching in perfect coordination and giving a respectful parade salute to Dr. Tripathi sir. During his address, the chief guest shared insightful thoughts on the importance of Republic Day, highlighting the values of democracy, equality, and justice that are enshrined in the Constitution of India. His words inspired students to reflect on their responsibilities as citizens of a democratic nation. 

In addition to the Republic Day festivities, the Sangaram 2024 Sports Fest prize distribution ceremony was held, honoring the outstanding athletes of RRU Puducherry for their achievements in various sports. The celebration concluded with a traditional gesture of sharing sweets and a group photo to commemorate the day. 

The event not only fostered a sense of national pride but also brought together the campus community in celebration of unity and sporting excellence.
