M.Tech Information Security Lab Setup at Puducherry Technological University by Rashtriya Raksha University, Puducherry Campus

                              We are delighted to share that Mrs. S. Abarna, Assistant Professor in Information Technology and Cyber Security, along with Mrs. P. Suriya, Teaching Cum Research Officer from Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU), Puducherry Campus, recently visited Puducherry Technological University, Puducherry to provide valuable support in setting up the lab for the M.Tech Information Security students. This initiative was part of RRU’s continuous effort to support educational institutions and contribute to the growth of the Cyber Security and Digital Forensics fields. 

                During the visit, Mrs. Abarna and Mrs. Suriya were accompanied by a dedicated team of five students from RRU Puducherry Campus. The team, consisting of Kerthikaa M, Anbalagan, Prashitha, Shashikanth, and Arun Prasad, all from the PG Diploma in Cyber Security and Digital Forensics program, played a significant role in the technical aspects of the lab setup. Their expertise in cyber security protocols and digital forensics tools proved invaluable as they assisted in configuring systems, installing software, and ensuring that the infrastructure was ready for advanced learning. 

                       The lab setup is a crucial step in providing hands-on experience for students pursuing M.Tech Information Security, enabling them to apply theoretical knowledge in practical scenarios. This collaboration highlights RRU’s commitment to enhancing the educational environment and fostering collaboration with other institutions to create state-of-the-art learning spaces for students in the rapidly evolving field of cyber security. Through initiatives like these, RRU Puducherry continues to establish itself as a leader in nurturing talent and promoting innovation in the fields of cybersecurity, digital forensics, and technology.
