On November 21, 2024, Rashtriya Raksha University’s Puducherry Campus hosted a pivotal Cyber Hub Meet in collaboration with the Puducherry Police Cyber Department, bringing together key stakeholders to address the growing concerns of cybercrime.
The event saw active participation from cybercrime officials of Puducherry, students from RRU Puducherry, and cyber volunteers from across the state, both in person and virtually. The session was led by Mr. Alex Philip and Mr. Nidhish, MSc. Information Security students from the University of London, who shared valuable insights into the latest trends in cybercrime.
Their session focused on practical implementations of cybersecurity measures, equipping participants with the knowledge and tools to combat evolving cyber threats. The event was a significant step toward fostering collaboration between law enforcement, academia, and the community to build a safer cyber environment.
