Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU) witnessed a proud and memorable moment during the 77th Republic Day celebrations, as its NCC cadets demonstrated exceptional discipline, teamwork, and commitment, bringing laurels to the institution through their remarkable performances.
The 1 (P) Girls Company (Senior Wing) secured the prestigious title of “Best Contingent – Senior Wing” in the March Past competition, with the dedicated participation of 12 cadets. Their synchronized movements, smart turnout, and high standards of parade discipline earned widespread appreciation.
Adding to the glory, the 1 (P) Independent Company (Senior Division) also achieved the honour of “Best Contingent – Senior Division,” with 4 cadets showcasing outstanding coordination and determination during the March Past.
Further highlighting RRU’s strong representation, the 1 (P) Naval Unit actively participated in the 77th Republic Day Camp (RDC) Parade, where 14 cadets — comprising 8 Senior Division (SD) and 6 Senior Wing (SW) — represented the university with pride, professionalism, and patriotic spirit.
In total, 30 NCC cadets from Rashtriya Raksha University took part in the 77th RDC Parade, reflecting the university’s continuous commitment to fostering leadership, discipline, and national service among its students.
These achievements stand as a testament to the hard work of the cadets and the dedicated training provided by the university, reinforcing RRU’s reputation for excellence in character building and nation-building activities.
