Rashtriya Raksha University marked a significant milestone in its mission to strengthen national security education by conferring the Diploma in Basic Security Studies to 1,100 Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) Constable (GD) recruits during the Passing Out Parade of the 495th Batch held at the ITBP Recruit Training Centre (RTC), Sivagangai.
The ceremony was graced by the Mr. Arsh G, Campus Director, RRU Puducherry campus, along with esteemed officials from RRU Headquarters, who formally handed over the diplomas and certificates to the passing-out personnel.
