Rashtriya Raksha University Confers Diplomas and Certificates at ITBP Passing Out Parade

Rashtriya Raksha University marked a significant milestone in its mission to strengthen national security education by conferring the Diploma in Basic Security Studies to 1,100 Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) Constable (GD) recruits during the Passing Out Parade of the 495th Batch held at the ITBP Recruit Training Centre (RTC), Sivagangai.

                                       

In addition, Certificates of Participation were awarded to 132 trainees, recognizing their successful completion of training and academic components integrated into the programme. The ceremony reflected the University’s commitment to blending academic rigor with professional training for India’s armed and security forces.

The ceremony was graced by the Mr. Arsh G, Campus Director, RRU Puducherry campus, along with esteemed officials from RRU Headquarters, who formally handed over the diplomas and certificates to the passing-out personnel. Their presence underscored the University’s strong institutional commitment to capacity building and nation-centric education within India’s security ecosystem.
