Bridge Gap International conducted a Three-Day Corporate Readiness & Skills Development Program at Rashtriya Raksha University, Puducherry Campus, from 29 May 2026 to 31 May 2026 for students of M.A./M.Sc. Criminology, PG Diploma in Cyber Security and Digital Forensics, Bachelor's in criminology & Police Science, PG Diploma in Security, Corporate and Intelligence management. The workshop aimed to enhance students' professional competencies, communication skills, career readiness, and employability through interactive sessions conducted by industry experts. The event was successfully coordinated by Mr. Nethaji Subahsh, AP – Criminology, Mr. Sharuhasan Shankar SME, Mrs. Surya P., TCRO-Cyber Security, Mr. Mahendiran, AA, Mr. Sarath Kumar, TA, and Mr. Manimaran OA, whose collective efforts ensured the smooth planning and execution of the programme.
Objectives of the Event

Day 1 featured Ms. Priya Ganesh, CEO of BridgeGap International, who conducted sessions on Time Management, Body Posture, Effective Communication, and Corporate Etiquette. The session focused on developing professional behavior, workplace readiness, and interpersonal communication skills essential for career success. Students actively participated in discussions and activities designed to improve self-presentation and professional conduct.
Day 2 was led by Mr. Aadil A, Founder of Speak Sense & Public Speaking Coach/Communication trainer. The sessions focused on understanding Fear and strategies to overcome it, addressing Imposter Syndrome, and building a strong professional presence through LinkedIn. Students gained valuable insights into personal development, confidence building, networking, and creating an impactful digital professional profile to enhance career opportunities.
Day 3 was facilitated by Mr. Dinesh Balaji (Leadership & Communication Trainer) and Mrs. Sathiya Francis (HR Manager & Leadership Soft Skill Trainer). The sessions covered Teamwork, Requirement Analysis, Time Management, Resume Building, and Mock Interviews. A key highlight of the day was the introduction of the STAR Framework (Situation, Task, Action, Result), which demonstrated a structured approach to problem-solving, decision-making, and responding effectively to behavioural interview questions. Students also participated in resume review activities and mock interview exercises, receiving practical guidance and constructive feedback from the resource persons.
Throughout the workshop, students actively engaged in discussions, group activities, practical exercises, and interactive learning sessions. The programme successfully bridged the gap between academic learning and industry expectations by equipping students with essential professional, interpersonal, and career development skills. The workshop provided a valuable platform for students to build confidence, enhance employability, and prepare for future professional challenges.
