Academic Contribution at ICAISDA 2025, Puducherry Technological University

On 29-30 December 2025, Dr. S. Abarna, Assistant Professor at RRU-PY, was honored to serve as a Session Chair and State Advisory Committee Member at the International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Secure Data Analytics (ICAISDA 2025), hosted by Puducherry Technological University (PTU). The conference emerged as a prominent international academic forum, bringing together researchers, academics, industry experts, and students to discuss emerging trends, challenges, and innovations in the fields of artificial intelligence and secure data analytics.

As a Session Chair, Dr. Abarna played a vital role in moderating technical paper presentation sessions, ensuring seamless coordination, maintaining academic discipline, and facilitating insightful discussions among presenters and participants. The sessions covered a wide spectrum of contemporary research areas, including AI-driven security solutions, dark web analytics, data privacy, cybersecurity frameworks, and intelligent decision-support systems. The high quality of research presentations highlighted the growing relevance of AI and data security in addressing complex challenges within today’s digital ecosystem.
In her capacity as a State Advisory Committee Member, Dr. Abarna contributed to the academic planning and review processes of the conference. Her responsibilities included supporting the evaluation of research submissions, advising on thematic relevance, and ensuring the scholarly standards of the conference were upheld. ICAISDA 2025 was meticulously structured and successfully fostered collaboration between academia and industry, encouraging interdisciplinary research and meaningful knowledge exchange.

The conference also provided an excellent platform for young researchers and students to showcase their scholarly work. Notably, Ms. Ashmitha Raghu, a 3rd Year BACPA student, presented a research paper titled The Indian Battle against Dark Web: Crimes and Recommendations” under the guidance of Dr. S. Abarna. The presentation reflected strong academic mentorship and addressed real-world challenges associated with dark web crimes, legal frameworks, and preventive strategies. Such student participation underscored the importance of faculty guidance, collaborative research, and continuous learning in leveraging technology for societal benefit.
